Concierge Fee Structure
Our fee schedule is unified and transparent: 2.5% for individual acquisitions, scaling to 1.8% for combined dual-portal portfolios. This includes full legal escort services, customs logistics processing, sea/air enclosed freight coordination, and initial asset storage fees.
